FAQ
What is the difference between Snapbase and the Chargemat
The two are the exact same functionality wise. They are both wireless charging pads, designed to be used at home or office. Both of the charging pads have 10W fast charging speeds and both are built with USB type-C input. The only difference is the look and feel. The SnapBase is a soft touch material whilst the ChargeMat has a fabric finish.
How Fast it will charged?
This question is hard to answer because it depends on a lot of factors such as what phone model is being charged, whether a quick charge adapter is being used, how old or new the phone is, whether the phone is in use at all during charging and even the position of the phone on the charger. Wireless charging is quite different from wired charging.
As a general rule of thumb, wireless charging is slower than wired charging however it offers greater convenience and aesthetics. As a standard, an iPhone X can take 3 hours to obtain full charging using a wireless charging pad. A Samsung S8 will gain a full charge a bit quicker at 1 hour and 40 minutes to fully charge.
Do i need a phone case to use pad?Can I use my own Case?
If your phone is a compatible Qi wireless phone, the case is not necessary. Below is the compatibility list at the time of writing.

My phone is compatible,But can i use My own case?
The short answer is yes! Almost any phone case is ok with the charging pads. The only thing you need to make sure is that the case is not too thick. The weight does not matter, but if it is too thick or there is something blocking the back of the phone such as a credit card or metal plate, it will not charge on the wireless charger.
Will the chargemat charged my airpords?
Yes, the ChargeMat will charge all AirPods wireless charging model or Wireless Charging Case Models.
